Each book club series I lead starts with a book that I know, love, and have found transformational in my own life. I will be right there with you “doing the work” as we go through the chapters, exercises, and discussions together. The May/June series will focus on How to Be the Love You Seek, a follow up to Dr. Nicole LePera’s book, How to Do the Work. This book will teach you the ways to love yourself, look within, and truly be the love you seek.
