Be Well in Belize is an eco-luxury retreat set at the stunning Copal Tree Lodge, a MICHELIN Key–awarded property tucked into the lush rainforest of Southern Belize. This award-winning lodge is known for its exceptional hospitality, immersive guest experience, and breathtaking location.
What drew me to this space is the way it blends luxury with intention, including the cozy suites we'll stay in and the gorgeous shala we'll get to practice under. The lodge is surrounded by thousands of acres of protected rainforest and expansive farmland. It will feel like we got dropped into the middle of the jungle, creating what will feel like an experience, not just a retreat.
The property’s farm-to-table dining program is a true highlight, with chef-prepared meals featuring ingredients sourced directly from its on-site organic farm and local land. Every meal becomes part of the experience and will be directly ordered from the menu to suit individual needs.
Each day will begin with intentional movement and yoga practices designed to energize, ground, and connect you to yourself. Afternoons will be left for poolside rest, jungle hikes, kayaking, cocktails, a large menu of excursions you could participate in, or simple, quiet luxury in your suite.
This is more than a yoga retreat. It is (what will undoubtably be) an exceptional experience at one of the most unique eco-luxury properties in Belize.

Cost
From the moment you land in Belize City, every detail will be taken care of: domestic flights to Punta Gorda, ground transfers, meals, local wine and cocktails, gratuities, and curated experiences. All you'll have to bust open your pocketbook for is a massage or an extra excursion if you wish.

All levels are welcome. It's my goal as a teacher and group leader to make everyone feel successful and included. We will accommodate all levels and goals throughout the trip. This is how you grow!

You certainly don't have to! Everything is optional and your time can be spent how you wish.

Unfortunately not. The activities are bundled into the overall cost for each individual.

Dietary restrictions, like severe allergies or vegetarianism/veganism can be accommodated. Other requests can be considered within reason. I'll be gathering dietary needs prior to the trip so the resort is aware.

Most guests will fly into Belize City on February 8. The transfer to/from Belize City includes a 45-minute domestic flight and 15-minute ground transfer, included in the cost of your trip. Domestic flights leave at 2p and 4:30p, so arrival to Belize City must be before 3pm local time.

We know that group travel can be intimidating, however, most people drawn to a trip like this are of like hearts. If you enjoy a blend of relaxation, nature, activity, exploration, good food, and connecting to yourself and others, then this trip is right for you! While you can spend your time as you wish, this trip is likely not right for you if you are averse to the outdoors (we will be in the jungle!), group activities, are recovering from a severe injury, or dislike a lot of heat/sun. A non-refundable deposit of $750 is needed to secure your spot and goes toward the balance of your trip.
The balance of your trip can be paid in full or via payment plan. Tailored payment plans are available upon request. Just email jenna@bewellwithjenna.com.
Your trip balance must be paid in full by January 5, 2027. If you book after that date, your trip will need to be paid in full.
In the event that you need to cancel your trip, the following policy applies:
The $750 deposit is non-refundable
On or before October 31, 2026: all additional payments made beyond the deposit will be refunded in full
November 1, 2026 through January 4, 2027: refunds for payments made beyond the deposit will be issued only if your space is resold
On or after January 5, 2027: no refunds can be issued
This cancellation policy applies to all circumstances, including illness, emergencies, travel delays, and other unforeseen events. For this reason, travel insurance is strongly recommended.
We highly encourage purchasing a policy that includes:

baggage protection
accident coverage
emergency medical coverage
travel assistance
Recommended providers include World Nomads and Allianz Travel.
In the unlikely event that the retreat is canceled by the host or resort, all payments made, including the deposit, will be refunded in full.
